Re: Fixture 6 Results
EL CLASSICO
Barcelona 3 - 1 Real Madrid
Barca Scorers:
pen 59 min - henry
71 min - ya ya toure
89 min - Ibra
Real Madrid Scorers:
22 min C Ronaldo
Bookings - Albiol - Real Madrid
Bookings
Result doesnt show a true reflection of game that Mardrid dominated, barca managed to put in a lot of crucial tackles and scored 3 on the counter attack, madrid hit the post twice as they tried to get back into game.
Was never a penalty but il take it

Aston Villa - Juventus
1 - 2
Scorers:
25min. : Agbonlahor
35min. : Del Piero
69min. : Trezeguet
YellowCard : Cannavaro
Good Game.
I knew from the start that I have to be carefull with attacking because the weapon of Aston Villa is the counterattack with all those Usain Bolts High Speed players.
Just when I tought I had the game under control there it was... a great through pass to AGbonlahor and an unexpected skillmove on my keeper to score a nice goal. Had some chances and some good pass playing around your box but was hard to get a clear shot. Finlly i got my equaliser. U created some chances from that point with some good cross passes on Carew headers but they were just to weak to make it difficult for my keeper.
Giovinco was allready ready to enter the field for trezeguet. Suddenly Trezeguet received the ball in the box and slide it in. From that point I think tha last 25 mins. I had good possession and control in the game and Aston Villa wasnt that dangerous anymore. Good game!

Re: Fixture 6 Results
my game with jugganot yesterday had to be cut short because the water heater guy came while I was playing (havent had hot water since saturday morning)
it was like 25 mins in and he was up 2-0
I messaged him while it happened
messaged him again while he was on a little later to see if we could finish it, starting at the 25th, him up 2-0, he never responded
Jugga, can we finish it or do you want to get the easy points??

Good game Rosselini, Just a confirmation of that .
I played really poor, was very lucky to go ahead. You deserved the win tho, had most of the possesion, i just really couldn't get passing or keep possesion. Nervy game.

Man Utd 5 - 1 Man City
Luck was truly in my favour this game as everything i touched turned to goal.
Berbatov x 4
Rooney x 1
Wright-Phillips x 1

Re: Fixture 6 Results
Tottenham 1 - 3 Athletico Madrid
Frustrating as hell for me that game. Nothing i did came off, Aguero missed from 8 yards with 3/4 of the goal to aim at, he slid it wide. I always made the wrong pass or the wrong turn. Ledley King is faster than Aguero and Maxi rodriguez?...With those knees? Really?
Anyway, early chance fell to Spurs and he should have scored, guilt edged chance slid wide of the post with Asenjo wrong footed and sent sprawling the wrong way. Immediately after Forlan missed from 8 yards after Aguero turned into Drogba and jostled with the 2 spurs centre backs, he lost out but the ball spilled to a free Forlan who shot wide in acres of space from 8 yards - CRIMINAL!
Almost straight away(26 mins) Athletico took the lead when Aguero played in Forlan who half volleyed low passed the advancing Gomes. Several chances went a miss for me and I was getting increasingly frustrated. Half time 1-0.
2nd half started with me wondering if this was going to be one of those days, missed chances, restricted him to only 1 decent chance, this is the sure sign of "one of those games" on FIFA 10. Soon put fears to bed with an absolute beautiful 2nd goal on 49 minutes. This time Aguero was on the end of a fabulous passing move which was started by the magical little Argentine and then finished by him. He played a ball in to Forlans feet and burst forward, Forlan ignored him and lofted the ball over his head to Maxi Rodriguez, who he could see had got beyond the opposition left back. Maxi took it in his stride and powered into the box before sliding across the 6 yard box for an easy tap in for his Argentinian International team mate Aguero to slot home to ease the managers worries...Finally a cushion!
Sensing blood Athletico came out to play now, going for a more attacking style and piling the pressure on in midfield looking to wrack up some goal difference that may just prove vital at the end(judging by others winning margins)...This resulted in Spurs having 1 or 2 chances and yet more spurned chances for Athletico.
On 75 minutes Peter Crouch raced clear and dinked the ball over the advancing Sergio Asenjo to give Spurs a real chance with 15 minutes still to play. The "I Can't Hear You" celebration was a bit of an insult though as I hadnt celebrated my first goal, and only a small celebration of my 2nd goal, only because it was such a good goal...I didnt watch any replays.
RIGHT THEN!!
Not happy I got at him right away and the ball broke clear for Aguero(76 mins), but can he get there? Gomes looked favourite but Aguero got his toe on it on the 18 yard line and it squeezed under the advancing Gomes who had gotten a piece of it but was unable to stop it rolling all the way into the net off the inside of the post...SSSSSSSHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
2 goal cushion again, it took less than a minute to restore...I still pushed on, I had in mind that 4-1 would look a lot better score-line than 3-1...Missed another couple of chances but the final ball or shot were lacking again.
Good Game...If dogboy got that first chance it could have been a totally different game...Well Played Mate, very nerve wracking!
Stats:
Spurs : Athl
Goals 1 : 3(Crouch[75] : Forlan[26], Aguero[49,76])
Shots 5 : 12
On Target 3 : 6
Possession 47 : 53
Tackles 19 : 16
Fouls 2 : 1
Offsides 0 : 0
Corners 1 : 2
Yellow Cards 0 : 0
Red cards 0 : 0

bayern munich 2 - 2 chelsea
bayern scorer- gomez x2
chelsea scorer- anelka x2
gg, chelsea dominated througout but had to come from behind twice, although the 1st equaliser was a bit annoying. should have been a chelsea win but it just wasnt their day.
apology for the confusion with the contacting!

Sevilla 0 Ajax 4
Scorers Pantelic 2, Suarez 2,
Yellow Cards None
Red Cards Squillaci
Finally got this fixture played. Started off well Pantelic scored a sweet lob over the keeper. Then scored 2 tap ins after good passing. Suarez was clean through for the 4th but was brought down by Squillaci. Straight Red but Suarez soon scored to make it 4. Pretty good game Dov played well after sending off. He hit the bar I think twice unlucky mate good game Tota footballl me thinks going to celebrate with a pint of Grolsch.
